Occasionally substitutions of flowers or containers pictured on our website may be necessary due to flower seasonality and market conditions, which may affect availability. Deliveries are sent out based on when your order was placed. It is helpful to place orders at least one day in advance of delivery. At times, delays in delivery can occur due to high volume or inclement weather, but will always arrive on the date for which your order was placed, unless the recipient cannot be reached, or if there are any problems or concerns regarding the order.
