Occasionally substitutions of flowers or containers pictured on our website may be necessary due to flower seasonality and market conditions, which may affect availability. In such case, replacements will be made with flowers of equal or higher value, and we will ensure that the overall style theme and color scheme will reflect in the substitution. Deliveries are sent out based on when your order was placed. It is helpful to place orders at least one day in advance of delivery. At times, delays in delivery can occur due to high volume or inclement weather, but will always arrive on the date for which your order was placed, unless the recipient cannot be reached, or if there are any problems or concerns regarding the order. In such case you will be contacted immediately.
